The Power Quality Management System ‘PQSecure’ consists of software, measure units and communication equipment.

 

The measure units (fixed or portable), installed at site, collect information on Power Quality parameters and disturbances in the network and transfer this information to a centrally located SQL database.

 

Communication between the measure units and the SQL database is automatically performed by the system via eg. Ethernet or modem. Manual measurements can also take place with data files imported into the database for analysis.

The evaluation software is integrated in the platform of the database and covers the following:

• Analysis functions
• Event viewers (global/local)
• Trend diagrams
• Wave form diagrams
• Duration analysis (ITIC/CBEMA)
• Automatic report function
• Real-time functionality

The software also has an automatic report generator that can create reports in accordance with international voltage standards such as EN 50160 or can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
